You’ll work directly with:
The Founder (Product Owner) to align messaging and growth strategy
Our Partnerships Manager to support school-focused marketing

And a new Full Stack Developer to help implement and test ideas quickly
Own and optimise key landing pages for Succeed’s core offerings
Plan and manage SEO strategy around competitions, student success content, and resources
Build and test lead magnets (e.g. downloadable guides, templates) to grow the email list
Build segmented email flows for students, parents, and teachers
Improve onboarding and re-engagement sequences using HubSpot or similar tools
Create regular campaign touchpoints (e.g. competition countdowns, featured content)
Design and run weekly growth experiments (e.g. referral campaigns, incentives, resource unlocks)
Track key funnel metrics and report learnings clearly to the team
Use tools like GA4, Hotjar, and PostHog to inform design and messaging improvements
Work closely with product and tech teams to launch new growth features
Coordinate freelance content creators or writers when needed
Manage your projects and sprints via Asana, with clear communication and updates
Proven experience in growth, digital marketing, or performance roles, ideally in B2C, EdTech, or Gen Z-focused products
Strong command of email marketing, SEO, and funnel optimisation
Comfortable using generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) to speed up content creation, ideation, and campaign execution
Proficient with analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, or PostHog for performance tracking and UX insight
Experience managing tasks and workflows in Asana (or a similar project management tool)
Comfortable with basic HTML/CSS, editing within CMS platforms, and making quick updates to landing pages or web copy
Clear, concise communicator — especially when writing copy for students, parents, or school-facing materials
A high-impact role with real ownership and autonomy
Remote-first, globally-minded culture with collaborators in London, Barcelona, and beyond
Freedom to test, ship, and learn fast without excessive process or delay
The chance to help shape a purpose-driven platform that supports thousands of students
